Hi there! I’m Rachel, and along with my husband Erik and our three children, we operate Springwood Kennel: Champion Pedigree Registered Labs.
Our Labs are 1st Generation, carefully chosen and brought up from the United States for the Champion Titles and characteristics their parent’s possess.
At Springwood, your puppy will receive extensive care and socialization for its first 8 weeks. We invest a lot of time in the puppies to set them and you up for the best possible success, including bio sensory training, stimulation, as well as early crate and potty training.
Springwood provides Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) Registration, microchipping, vet check, health clearance, the first vaccination, deworming (x4) and a starter pack for your puppy, ensuring it is well-prepared for its new home.
The puppies genetics are excellent, we offer a general one year health guarantee and a two year guarantee for hips and elbows.
The puppies are whelped in our attached garage, for frequent socialization. They are constantly brought into the house and played with by our three children.
We are located on one acre in the country, giving your puppy the benefit of spending hours in the great outdoors, for fresh air, and exercise for proper muscle development.
We will also be following Biosensor Training (or Early Neurological Stimulation), a sensory program first developed by the U.S. Military for its canine program.
Once the puppies transition to solid food, we ensure a separate area for eating and toileting, crucial for effective house and crate training. With Dash, Coco, and Kona on the property, your puppy receives ample socialization with other dogs, fostering a well-rounded experience.
